Boaters and anglers can't seem to catch a break with this wind lately! Despite the rough seas, we still had some good catches. Offshore was mainly Dolphin and we're seeing some good gaffers, as well as Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna, and scattered Wahoo.

Fishing picked up on Sunday and the wind is gradually dying out. Offshore, we mainly saw catches of Dolphin, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and King Mackerel.

Inshore boats had Drum, Bluefish, and a few Trout and Spanish Mackerel.

We still had rough seas on Saturday but saw some decent catches regardless! Offshore catches consisted of Dolphin, Tuna varieties, King Mackerel, and Barracuda.

Inshore we had Drum, Trout, Bluefish, and Spanish Mackerel.

Offshore boats finally got back out on Friday but wind speeds were still high, making for very rough fishing. Some boats came in early but we did see some nice fish despite the conditions. Several Dolphin, and a few Yellowfin Tuna were the main catches of the day.

The same story continued yesterday with offshore boats being held at the dock due to high winds. Today (Friday) it is letting up enough for them to get out so we're eager to see what they bring back this afternoon!
