Closest OBX marina to the Gulf Stream. Less time traveling means more time fishing. Slips to accommodate boats large and small. Surrounding the marina is a community of fine stores, eateries, a playground, Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and other historic sites, as well as extensive boardwalks to the ocean and sound. You can also rent a moped or bicycle to tour Hatteras Village and south Hatteras Island.

For sportfishing charters, the Hatteras Landing Marina charter fleet is your
best choice. Our seasoned captains,
experienced crews and state of the art vessels are waiting to
take you and your party into the world famous Hatteras Fishery
for an exciting day of offshore or inshore fishing. We offer
a variety of trips including full day, half day and make-up charters
(if you have less than the typical 6 person party, are a small
group, or are alone, we will put you with other anglers to "make-up" a
trip). Awaiting you is some of the world's best yellowfin tuna,
mahi mahi (dolphin), wahoo, sailfish, king mackerel, striper,
red drum, cobia, bottom fish, and of course blue and white marlin
fishing. We fish year round and are considered the premier bluefin
tuna fishery in the world in the winter months. If a lot of big

On a full day Gulf Stream trip (our most popular) the boats
leave the dock between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM depending on the time
of year and the preferences of the captain. Gulf Stream trips
require approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours running time to reach
the Gulf Stream. Lines are dropped, and on a full day trip, you
will fish until 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. Upon return to
the dock, our fish cleaners will take your catch to our "nail
board" area for group photos and then on to the fish cleaning
station. Fish cleaning is mandatory unless the party decides
to take the fish whole and clean them offsite. We do have freezer
storage available for a modest fee. Fish cleaning typically costs
$.35/lb. Prices vary with a few species. While you are waiting
for your catch to be cleaned, feel free to have a beverage and
wander our shopping facility. We have 5 retail stores onsite.
