Terms and Conditions
Payments: We reserve payment on all online or phone reservations. Online reservation must be made at least 7 days prior to your pick-up date. Call 800-551-8478 or 252-986-2077 for any last minute changes.

Cancellations: We will issue a full refund on all cancellations received 48 hours prior to pick up time. There will be a $25 cancellation fee on all reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick up. On or after your reservation date, we will be unable to refund any money.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required for all rental equipment. The deposit will be roughly the replacement cost of each item. Security deposits will be returned to you when rental equipment is returned in the same good condition as when you picked it up.
